Developer Plans Phased Build-Out for Former Kendall College Site
The developer plans to build out the 19 lots one home at a time, Evanston Now reported.

Representatives for the developer of the former Kendall College site says they are planning a phased approach of building one home at time for the 19 lots and will bring each home through the Evanston Preservation Commission’s approval process individually as homes are sold, Evanston Now reported.
While prices for the new homes haven’t been set, they will likely start at around $1.2 million, Tony Meyers, vice president of North Shore Builders, told Evanston Now. Ald. Judy Fiske (1st Ward) says the development team is the right match for the neighborhood because they looked at the Northeast Evanston Historic District nomination documents are working to make the new homes match the neighborhood, Evanston Now reported.
