Evanston businesses are offering themed menu items around Dillo Day, the all-day music festival at Northwestern University that takes place this Saturday, the Daily Northwestern reported.
Cheesie’s Pub & Grub has a sandwich of the month dedicated for the music festival; Edzo’s Burger Shop is offering Dillo Day pizza burger, made up of beef patty on toasted garlic bun with marinara sauce and cheese, and Andy’s Frozen Custard created a Dillo Day concrete, a frozen vanilla custard blended with crushed Oreo and mint toppings, Daily Northwestern reported.
