Architect Robert Hausner designed the 1957-home with a two-story foyer and a live tree inside, according to Crain’s Chicago. The home has built-in shoji screens and wood ceilings.
Information obtained by the Cook County Recorder of Deeds identified the seller as Michael Milligan, who paid $675,000 for it just two years ago.
