Sellers are seeking more than $3 million for the Michigan Avenue dwelling that's more than a century old.

EVANSTON, IL - An Evanston home on Michigan Avenue that was designed by the noted 20th century North Shore architects Mayo & Mayo has hit the market.
Built in 1911 for a relative of Clayton Mark, the eight-bedroom structure was listed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group for $3.3 million this week, according to Crain’s Chicago.
Dean Dickie, a partner at law firm Akerman, is the seller after having owned it for three decades. The home has a new kitchen, six fireplaces, a sunroom and three-car coach house.
