Evanston Native Abigail Warhus In “Last Night in Karaoke Town"

Evanston Native Abigail Warhus to be featured as cast member in Factory Theater’s new play Last Night in Karaoke Town. Last Night in Karaoke Town is based on one of Cleveland’s oldest karaoke bars. The bar may have to close its doors forever, unless its long-time proprietor can convince the new building owner not to change it into a cider bar. With a neighborhood slowly gentrifying around them, the longtime patrons embark on a plan to keep their beloved watering hole intact. The Factory Theater’s Last Night in Karaoke Town is written by Mike Beyer and Kirk Pynchon, creators of the Factory hit Hey! Dancin’! and is directed by Kim Boler.
