Evanston’s Tallest Building On the Market

The owner of Evanston’s tallest building has hired Los-Angeles-based CBRE Inc. to sell the office and retail complex at 1603 Orrington Ave., Chicago Real Estate Daily reported. 

The 20-story tower complex at 1603 and 1623 Orrington Avenue has 308, 695 square feet of office space, around 31,000 square fee of retail space, 290 underground parking spaces and was last sold for $54.5 million in 2006, Chicago Real Estate Daily reported.
