Snow flurries and a "freezing drizzle" expected in Evanston late Monday.

EVANSTON, IL - The city of Evanston is expected to see a light snowfall late Monday afternoon into the evening, and then a "freezing drizzle" overnight.
But that's about it.
James Maiworm, the city's bureau chief of infrastructure maintenance, said in an email Monday that temperatures are rising and could hit the mid 40's by Tuesday afternoon.

Some snow flurries and snow showers are expected to overspread the area around the end of the work day, but residents can expect less than a quarter-of-an-inch of accumulation.
The freezing drizzle will come overnight between midnight and 7 a.m., Maiworm said. This could change to rain as the temperatures continue to rise.
