Jacqueline Goldberg is suing Donald Trump over two condos she purchased at his riverfront high-rise, claiming the real estate mogul ripped her off to the tune of $500,000.

An Evanston grandmother suing Donald Trump over two condos she purchased at the Trump Tower testified Monday that she’s suing because “somebody had to stand up to him,” Chicago Tribune reported.
The 87-year-old financial planner told jurors that she believes Trump had conned her in a bait-and-switch and ripped her off to the tune of $500,000, Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Billionaire mogul Trump accused the octogenarian of “playing the age card” and says Goldberg got buyer’s remorse and is now trying to get out of the deal, Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Goldberg says she carefully considered investing with Trump in 2006 and felt betrayed when Trump International Hotel and Tower rescinded financial incentives that had attracted her to the project, Chicago Tribune reported.
