Evanston’s Hilton Orrington Hotel Finds Buyer
An attorney for Dow Escondido LLC told city officials the sale is expected to be complete by the end of June.
Evanston’s Hilton Orrington Hotel has found a buyer--Dow Escondido LLC-- and the sale is scheduled to close June 27, according to city documents.
Attorney Thomas Bastian, who represented the Dow at a recent liquor hearing, said the company plans to run exactly the same operation, keep most of the employees and will make some capital improvements.
Dow Escondido manages two hotels in Rosemont, according to notes from the hearing.
