Evanston's Street Cleaning Season Delayed Due To Snow

Following significant snow accumulation in February, the start of the 2021 street cleaning season scheduled to begin on March 1 will be postponed.

The City anticipates that street cleaning will not begin until at least March 15 due to the amount of snow currently on the ground. Street cleaning operations scheduled to take place prior to March 15 have been canceled. Parking restrictions related to street cleaning will not be enforced until operations begin.

Community members can view the 2021 street cleaning schedule and sign up for courtesy email or text message notifications by visiting cityofevanston.org/streetcleaning or calling/texting 847-448-4311. For convenience, residents may simply dial 311 in Evanston.
