House That Replaced Winnetka Women's Club to List for $3.5 million
Owner John Smith being relocated to Atlanta for work

The nearly completed stone mansion that stands on the site of the former Winnetka Women’s Club will be on the market for a listing price of $3.5 million, Crain’s Chicago Business reported Tuesday.
John Smith, a sales executive with the popular job search site CareerBuilder.com, purchased the property in 2012 and had the former Women’s Club facility demolished shortly after to make way for what he called his “dream house.”
But Smith is being relocated to Atlanta, and now plans to list the 5,000 square foot Maple Street house with six bedrooms and six and a half baths to the market.
