Judge Rules Against Evanston Woman in Trump Tower Dispute
A federal judge ruled that Donald Trump did not violate the Illinois Condominium Act or breach a contract with Jacqueline Goldberg, Chicago Tribune reported.

A federal judge ruled Friday that billionaire developer Donald Trump and Trump International Hotel did not violate the Illinois Condominium Act or breach a contract with Evanston resident Jacqueline Goldberg, Chicago Tribune reported.
This is the second setback for the 87-year-old financial planner. A jury recently decided in favor of Donald Trump in a lawsuit where Goldberg alleged Trump sold her two $1 million condos in the Trump Tower in a bait-and-switch deal.
U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve wrote in her opinion that testimonies had shown that a clause in the contract allowed Trump Tower to make changes as building plans were finalized and that Goldberg, an active real estate investor at the time of the purchase, should have been aware of Trump Tower's authority to make changes, Chicago Tribune reported.
