Lakefront Home North of Harley Clarke Mansion Fetches More Than $3.5 Million
The Ingleside Park property sold for less this time around than it did eight years ago.
The home directly to the north of the Harley Clarke Mansion in Evanston has sold for $3.6 million, Evanston Now reports.
The one-acre property at 568 Ingleside Park includes 170-feet of private Lake Michigan beach. The home, sitting on a 1,800 square foot ranch, was last sold in 2007 for $75,000 more than it did last week.
