Man Shot on Darrow Thursday Night
The victim, who has gang ties, is in stable condition and is not cooperating with the police investigation.

Evanston police are investigating a shooting Thursday night in the 2000 block of Darrow Avenue.
Police received multiple calls about a shooting just before midnight and located a 26-year-old Chicago man who had been shot in the buttocks, police said. He was taken to Evanston North Shore University Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Police say the man had been visiting friends at a home on Darrow when he stepped outside into the gangway. He was shot by a lone male who emerged from the backyard.
