Morgante and Wilson Sell Wilmette Home For $1.8 Million

Washington Street residence was designed by the Evanston-based husband-and-wife duo in 2006.

A Wilmette home designed by the husband-and-wife architect duo Elissa Morgante and Fredrick Wilson of Evanston sold this week for $1.8 million, according to Crain’s Chicago.

Morgante and Wilson had sought $1.9 million for the four-bedroom Washington Street home they designed for themselves nine years ago.

The architects are in the midst of designing a sixth home for themselves at another lot in Wilmette.
