Obituary: Miriam Ruth Weiss of Skokie, Local Hadassah Officer

Miriam Ruth Weiss of Skokie was an officer of the Morton Grove Hadassah, and passed away on March 22. She will be laid to rest on Tuesday.

Miriam Ruth Weiss, nee Fuenfer of Skokie, Il. passed away on March 22, 2014. She was 93-years-old.

Miriam was the beloved wife of the late Homer Leo Weiss and adored mother of Roxanne (Stuart) Levin and Michael (Rosemary) Weiss.

Cherished grandmother of Matthew (Deneese), Brian (Dayna), Eric (Elizabeth), and Daniel (Amy) Levin, Rachel (Kirk) McCaw and Arthur Weiss.

Proud great grandmother of Hannah, Simon, Malini, Brooklynn, Eli, Eitan, Rania, Mari, and Pierce and special aunt of many.

She was an officer of Morton Grove Hadassah.

Graveside services Tuesday, 9:30 AM at Jewish Waldheim Cemetery, 16th and Harlem Ave. (gate 300), Forest Park.
