Parisian Pastry Shop Coming to Davis St.
It's being opened by the owner of Bistro Bordeaux and Creperie Saint Germain.

The man behind Evanston’s Bistro Bordeaus and Creperie Saint Germain is bringing yet another taste of Paris to town, this time in the form of a French patisserie, according to Chicago Magazine.
Pascal Berthoumieux will open Patisserie Coralie in the former Café Mozart space at 600 Davis St., the article says. It will serve French staples such as eclairs, macarons and madeleines in a space he called “sexy and comfortable.”
