Snow Expected to Make For Tricky Tuesday Commute
Evanston could see accumulation overnight.

EVANSTON, IL - A mild Monday could turn into an ugly mid-week in Chicagoland.
Snow could start falling as early as 10 p.m. Monday night and is expected to pick up in intensity around 3-4 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to James Maiworm, bureau chief of infrastructure maintenance for the city of Evanston.
“The Tuesday morning rush hour will be very tricky as the peak snowfall is expected to be occurring at that time,” Maiworm wrote in an email to media on Monday. “Plan to leave extra time for your drive in the morning. Snow should slowly taper off and end in the early afternoon.”
