Two Charged With Possession of a Controlled Substance
The following information was reported by Evanston Police on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013. Where arrests are included it does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:
Arrests: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Etc.
A 50-year-old Evanston woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 11:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, according to police.
Brandon D. Stewart, 30, of the 1900 block of Jackson, and Robert E. Belislie, 47, of the 1100 block of Pitner, were both arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 11:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, in the 1100 block of Pitner.
Rashad Andrew Redus, 23, of the 400 block of Dodge Avenue, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, in the 400 block of Darrow Street, according to police.
Gunfire Reported on Howard, Dewey
Evanston police investigated a report of shots fired at Howard Street and Dodge Avenue at 7:41 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3. Nothing was found in the area.
Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 2000 block of Dewey Avenue at 10:01 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3. Nothing was found in the area.
Car Burglar Steals GPS
Someone stole a Garmin GPS from a 2009 Mazda parked at Sherman Avenue and Reba Place between 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, and 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, police reported.
Wallet Stolen From Locker
Someone stole a leather wallet and HTCI silver cell phone from a gym locker in the 1000 block of Grove Street between 4 and 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, according to police.
Car Dollies Taken From Porch
Someone stole metal car dollies that were delivered to a porch in the 1000 block of Greenwood Street between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, according to police.
Flower Pot Broken, Window Smashed
Someone broke the second floor window of an apartment in the 2000 block of Darrow Avenue at 8:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, police reported.
Someone broke a flower pot in a yard in the 2900 block of Grant Street between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, according to police.
Graffiti Found In Four Places on Main
Evanston police found graffiti at Sherman and Main Street, in the 800 block of Main Street, in the 600 block of Main Street and in the 700 block of Main Street on Saturday, Nov. 2, according to police. Police also found graffiti at Lake Street and Hinman Avenue, at Sheridan Road and Clinton Place and in the 1500 block of Sherman Avenue that same day.
Police found graffiti in the 600 block of Mulford Avenue and at Oakton and Custer on Friday, Nov. 1.
