Vandal Smashes Car Windows on Grey

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:
Car Windows Smashed On Grey
Someone smashed the windows of a 2002 Chevrolet parked in the 900 block of Grey Avenue between 12:30 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, police reported.

Arrests: DUI, Disorderly Conduct
Christopher Alexander Gray, 31, of the 1600 block of South Prairie Avenue in Chicago, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the 800 block of Chicago Avenue, according to police.

Early Ray King, 42, of the 1300 block of Main Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in the 2600 block of Ridge Avenue on Wednesday, Oct. 30, police reported.
Victor Manuel Martinez-Lopez, 22, of the 2600 block of West Cermak in Chicago, was arrested and charged with retail theft at a business in the 1900 block of Dempster Street at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, police reported.
A 22-year-old Evanston man was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 4:10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, police reported.
Man Steals Laptop on Bus
A bus-rider noticed that someone had stolen their Apple laptop computer while they were on their way down Green Bay Road between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, according to police.
Car Scratched on Dewey
Someone scratched a 2013 Chevrolet parked in the 2100 block of Dewey Avenue between 12:45 and 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, police reported.
Graffiti Appears On Howard, Ridge
Graffiti appeared in an apartment or condo common area in the 400 block of Howard Street between 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, and 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, police reported.
Graffiti appeared on a utility box in the 400 block of Ridge Avenue at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, police reported.
