Touring houses in Evanston is a blast. There are so many interesting things to see. Every week, new homes and condos come on the market. And every week I do my best to get through all of them and see what they are really like. Sure, I could just sit in my pajamas and wear out my digits using (Zillow/Trulia/Realtor/Redfin/Name-Your-Favorite-App-Here) on my phone, but then I wouldn’t be able to compare those photos with the real thing. And there is often a BIG difference.
But the best part for me is the learning. Every week I see things I’ve never seen before. Every week I learn more about the Evanston real estate market. That in itself is a very stimulating and edifying experience.
