The Park District of Forest Park's Halloween party will feature a DJ; dancing; refreshments; best costume prizes; and door prizes.
A signed permission slip with a parent signature will be required. Forms will be distributed through school prior to dance or they can be picked up at the Administrative building.
The event will cost $5.
