Forest Park police reports, Jan. 29-Feb. 3.

SUNDAY, FEB. 3
DUI Arrest
Andrew S. Tirmenstein, 29, of Chicago, was arrested at about 1:17 a.m. in the 700 block of Harlem following a traffic accident. An officer interviewed Tirmenstein and believed he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with driving under the influence after failing a field sobriety test at the Forest Park Police Station. A Breathalyzer test revealed his blood alcohol content was at .202 and over the legal limit. In addition to DUI, Tirmenstein was charged with driving too fast for conditions and failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident. He was given a court date before being released on bond.

Criminal Trespassing
Jerry D. Lawrence, 56, of Maywood, was charged with criminal trespassing around 6:36 p.m. in the 7200 block of Circle Avenue. An employee at Duncan Donuts reported he was intoxicated and refused to leave. An officer found Lawrence nearby and told him to stay away and that he would be arrested if he returned. Lawrence cursed the officer and continued back to the property and was arrested.
Retail Theft Arrest
Adrian Mazon, 40, of Chicago, and Paul R, Brodesser, 28, of Evanston, were charged with retail theft around 5:48 p.m. in the 7200 block of Roosevelt Road.

An officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle reported watching Mazon and Brodesser pull into a parking space near Walgreens. After watching Mazon walk in and out of Walgreens several times, officer approached the two for an interview. After talking with the two men, officers asked to search the car and found unopened boxes of a weight loss aid, over the counter medication and hair growth products. The two admitted to driving around to several Walgreens, CVS and Jewel stores in the area and shoplifting products. The two later told officers that they use the proceeds of the goods to buy heroin.
TUESDAY, JAN. 29
Retail Theft Arrest
Jose Lopez, 30, of Forest Park and Heather A. Conklin, 26, of Berwyn were charged with retail theft in the 1300 block of Des Plaines around 8 p.m.
Police were called to the 1300 block of Des Plaines after a loss prevention officer at Walmart reported seeing them taking items from the store and place them in a baby stroller. The officer inside the store stopped them after walking past the last point of purchase.
