The most expensive home reported sold this past month in Forest Park was a new construction 4 bedroom, 3 full & 1 half bath home on a 31 x 140 foot lot in the 100 block of Rockford Ave. It sold for $518,000 after being on the market for 4 days with an asking price of $524,900.
