Forest Park Man Charged in Double Murder

Chicago, IL — A Forest Park man is accused of the 2015 murders of two men in Chicago.

Frank Robinson, of the 1500 block of S. Harlem in Forest Park, is charged with two felony counts of first degree murder and two felony counts of aggravated battery/discharge of a firearm, according to the Chicago Police Department.

Robinson has been identified as the person who shot a 23-year-old man in the head and a 22-year-old man in the back Aug. 26, 2015, in the 3000 block of W. Van Buren, Chicago police reported.

Both men died that day of their injuries after they were taken to hospitals in critical condition.

Robinson was arrested June 21. He is scheduled to appear June 23 at Central Bond Court.
