From the Park District of Forest Park:
The Park District will be applying for a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Assessment Grant and a Cleanup Grant for the "Roos Property" and will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 9, 2014 - 6:00pm at the Park District Administrative Office.
The public can view and/or comment on the draft application and the draft analysis of the Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) report at the public hearing or by contacting Director Larry Piekarz at 708-366-7500 or at lpiekarz@pdofp.org by January 9, 2014.
The Park District will include both comments and responses in the applications sent to the EPA.
