Woman Jumps from Speeding SUV on I-94
The 34-year-old Chicago woman died of her injuries Saturday. Police are seeking help gathering information.
A woman jumped from a moving SUV on I-94 near 130th Street Saturday morning, according to State Police, and she later died of her injuries.
The Chicago woman, 34, was a passenger in a 2014 Ford Escape traveling northbound and driven by a 55-year-old woman. At about 10:45 a.m., the passenger jumped from the speeding SUV into the highway. Police believe she was struck by at least one vehicle, which kept going.
The Bishop Ford Expressway northbound was closed until about 2:15 p.m.
