Criminal Trespassing, DUI: Frankfort Police Reports

Oct. 15
- Joseph Papiese, 51, of Markham, was issued citations for DUI, unsafe equipment, improper lane use and leaving the scene of an accident at 8:30 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Elsner Road. He has a court date on Nov. 10.

- Luna Cesar Morales, 19, of Joliet, was issued citations for no valid driver's license, speeding, disobeyed stop sign, and fleeing/attempting to elude at 7:30 a.m. in the 23100 block of Jackson Branch. Cesar Morales has a court date on Nov. 5.
Oct. 17
- A vehicle was damaged in the 22100 block of Clary Sage Drive.
- A vehicle was damaged in a parking lot in the 20800 block of La Grange Road.

- Daniel Bailey, 40, of New Lenox, was charged with criminal trespass to residence, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance and resisting arrest at 3:55 p.m. in the 21400 block of Plank Trail Drive. He was taken to Will County Jail.
Oct. 19
- Construction equipment was damaged in the 21500 block of Wolf Road.
Oct. 20
- A vehicle was damaged in a business parking lot in the 9900 block of Lincoln Highway.
