Frankfort Township: Republican Slate Projected To Win
The Frankfort Township Republican slate candidates are all projected to win their respective races, according to unofficial results.

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Township Republican slate candidates are projected to win their respective races, according to Tuesday's unofficial results. Projected winners include: Nella Piccolin for township clerk; Jessica Kot for township collector; and incumbents David Smith, Nick George, Laura Miroballi and Gayla Smith for township trustees.
The elections for supervisor, assessor and highway commissioner were uncontested.

Tuesday's election results are unofficial until certified by the county on April 27. Provisional Ballots cast on Election Day and all late Vote By Mail Ballots postmarked by Election Day will be counted at Provisional Count on April 20, according to the county clerk's office.

Township Clerk
- Nella Piccolin - 5,278
- Stephanie Drisko - 2,686
Township Collector
- Jessica Kot - 5,295
- H. Ronald Hartman - 2,528
Township Trustee
- David Smith - 4,912
- Nick George - 4,921
- Laura Miroballi - 5,241
- Gayla Smith - 4,703
- Bruce Davis Jr. - 2,461
- Michelle Domecki - 2,703
- Barbara Dutton - 2,585
- Mary Beth Windberg - 2,703
David Smith, George, Miroballi, and Gayla Smith ran on the Republican slate. All are current township trustees. Kot and Piccolin als ran on the Republican slate.
Drisko, Hartman, Davis Jr., Domecki, Dutton, and Windberg ran as Democrats on the Fresh Slate for Frankfort Township. According to the slate's website, they ran to "bring transparency, accountability and community enrichment to Frankfort Township."
Dutton was also a candidate for Frankfort Park District Commissioner.
