Felony DUI Charge For Park Forest Driver
PLUS: A Calumet Park man faces felony drug charges following a Frankfort traffic stop.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Vehicle Break-In
A bag of new clothes was stolen from an unlocked vehicle Oct. 23 in the 20000 block of South Grand Prairie Lane, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office.
Burglary
Items were stolen from a business in the 20200 block of LaGrange Road at around 12:10 a.m. Oct. 23.

Felony Drugs
John J. Mundell, 25, of Calumet Park, was charged with the manufacture and delivery of marijuana, a felony, and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a traffic stop at around 11:25 p.m. Nov. 2, near Lincoln Highway and 95th Avenue. He also was cited for driving without insurance. He was held at the Will County Jail and released on bail Nov. 3, according to jail records.
DUI
Tiffany A. Smith, 44, of Park Forest, was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a revoked license and other traffic offenses following a stop at around 8 p.m. Nov. 3, near Larch Road and Sauk Trail. She was taken to Will County Jail and released on bail Nov. 5, according to jail records.
