Frankfort Approves Changes To Lighthouse Pointe Site Plan
Some of the lots were rearranged in the development, due to previous "slightly inaccurate" flood zone boundaries.
FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Village Board approved changes to phase 3 of the Lighthouse Pointe subdivision and approved the plat of re-subdivision of the development.
In November, the board had approved a revision in the site plan for the town home development, which reduced the number of lots from 104 to 87. However, some of the lots were rearranged after a new survey and engineering review revealed that previous flood zone boundaries were "slightly inaccurate," plan commission minutes state.
A 3-car garage option was also added for 13 units, according to board documents.
