Frankfort Business Owner Accused Of Filming Female Staff: Police

The owner of Parmesans Wood Fire Pizza in Frankfort was arrested Friday following an investigation by Illinois State Police.

FRANKFORT, IL — A Frankfort business owner was arrested Friday for allegedly filming "up-skirt" videos involving several of his female employees without their consent, according to an Illinois State Police report. Michael J. Papandrea, 58, of Frankfort, was arrested on charges of unauthorized video recording, a Class A misdemeanor.

Papandrea is the owner of Parmesans Wood Stone Pizza in Frankfort. Illinois State Police launched an investigation after receiving a tip about the alleged video recording, and subsequently searched the business Friday.

During the search, police said they found and seized electronic devices containing several unauthorized "up-skirt" videos of female employees under Papandrea's supervision.

Papandrea posted bond and was released from jail, police said. The investigation remains open and additional charges are possible pending further examination of evidence.
