Frankfort Earns Financial Reporting Award For 32nd Year

The recognition was given for the village's comprehensive annual financial report for the fiscal year which ended on April 30, 2020.

FRANKFORT, IL — For the 32nd year in a row, the Village of Frankfort was awarded the certificate of achievement for excellence in financial reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.

The recognition was given for the village's comprehensive annual financial report for the fiscal year which ended on April 30, 2020.

"The certificate of achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management," Mayor Keith Ogle said.
