Frankfort Student Part Of National Conference

FRANKFORT, IL. — Hickory Creek Middle School student and Frankfort resident Bryson Das, 13, is heading to Washington, D.C. to take part at the Junior National Young Leaders Conference, hosted by Envision by WorldStrides.

The conference is scheduled to take place during the last week of July. It is described as “the premier leadership development program for middle school students,” according to the group’s website. The conference is designed to allow students to explore their interests and give them an opportunity for further learning outside of the classroom.

Das, who is heading into eighth grade, is a participant in Mathletes, National Junior Honors Society, Scholastic Bowl and Geography Bee.
