Hickory Creek Students Create Care Packages for Frankfort Terrace

Over 90 care packages were assembled by the students for residents at Frankfort Terrace nursing home.

FRANKFORT, IL — The National Junior Honor Society at Hickory Creek Middle School recently put together care packages for the residents at Frankfort Terrace Nursing Home in downtown Frankfort, the district said in a release.

According to the district, students wanted to do something nice for the older residents of Frankfort, who have been especially affected by the isolation and loneliness from the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 90 care packages were assembled by the students.
