Lincoln-Way East Football Advances To IHSA Quarterfinals
The game will be played at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16 at Lincoln-Way East.
FRANKFORT, IL — After an undefeated regular season and defeating Notre Dame College Prep in the second round of playoffs, Lincoln-Way East has advanced to the quarterfinals of the Class 8A IHSA playoffs. Last week, the Griffins defeated Notre Dame 23-13.
Next, the Griffins, with a record of 11-0, will face Homewood-Flossmoor, which has a record of 10-1. The game will be played at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16 at Lincoln-Way East.
Lincoln-Way East has the third seed, while Homewood-Flossmoor is seeded No. 6.

The winner of the game will face the winner of Marist and Loyola Academy in the semifinals.
