Lincoln-Way East Football Advances To Round One Of IHSA Playoffs
The game will be played at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1 at Lincoln-Way East.
FRANKFORT, IL — After an undefeated regular season, Lincoln-Way East has made it into the first round of the Class 8A IHSA playoffs. The Griffins, with a record of 9-0, will face Plainfield South, which has a record of 5-4. The game will be played at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1 at Lincoln-Way East.
Lincoln-Way East has the third seed, while Plainfield South is seeded No. 30.
The winner of the game will face the winner of Barrington and Notre Dame College Prep.
