Missing Man In Frankfort Found Safe: Police

FRANKFORT, IL — A man reported missing on Wednesday in Frankfort has been located safely, Frankfort Police said.

Police found that the man had arranged transportation outside of the community, and were able to make in-person contact and determined he was safe and without injuries.

Police thanked the Will County Emergency Management Agency, New Lenox Community Emergency Response Team and other emergency agencies who helped the department; as well as community members, including those who gave tips about his location.
