Molloy State Farm Team Awarded Crystal Excellence Award

On December 31st the Molloy State Farm locked the doors after an amazing year of serving the Lincoln-Way community. They checked all of the boxes on both customer service and production and it was time to wait to see if it was enough to put them over the top in their effort to earn one of the most prestigious awards State Farm presents to their agents, the Crystal Excellence Award. In March, the word arrived that indeed they earned that distinction and their coveted award would be arriving later in the year. The Crystal Excellence Award arrived on August 20th and is now on display in the office with some of the others earned over the years.

“In 35 years, you’re going to achieve some nice designations, some that are individual and some that our team, and this is the one that means the most to me because the team was part of this all the way. We figured it out and it’s been great. Tracy Kestel and Jenny Pajak provide the best of the best customer service and Kim O’Neill, Melissa Krenek and Irene Wilson excel in new customer relationships, and I stay out of their way,” State Farm Agent Kevin Molloy said.

Without hesitation Molloy and his team want to give thanks to a great community that has been so supportive of their efforts, without having those loyal community members, things like this could never happen.
