D304 Hosts Forum on Marijuana, Teen Health

The forum will be held on Nov. 21 at Geneva High School.

GENEVA, IL — District 304 will be hosting a presentation in coming weeks on recreational marijuana and teen health. "Legal Marijuana: Now What? A Guide to the Law, Vaping & Teen Health" will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 21 in the auditorium at Geneva High School, 416 McKinley Avenue, Geneva.

Seating is limited and those interested in attending are encouraged to register online.

The information will be presented by certified drug and alcohol counselor Matthew Quinn.

The event is free to attend and is meant for adults only.

Starting on Jan. 1, marijuana will be legal to use for those above the age of 21 years old in Illinois.
