“We are fortunate to live in two communities that are very supportive — not only of our athletes, but of our local charities as well,” said Geneva Athletic Director Dave Carli. “Competing for a Cause is about more than passionate competition; it’s about acting as leaders to help others in need.”
“There is a special feeling in the air whenever our schools meet in competition. The players, coaches, and fans feel it. We capitalize on that feeling during the ‘Competition for a Cause,’ and our local charities benefit from it. We are thrilled to be partnering with Geneva High School again,” said Batavia High School Varsity Football Coach Dennis Piron.
