Geneva Dentist to Offer Cash for Halloween Candy
The candy will be used as part of Operation Gratitude, which sends care packages to military members.

GENEVA, IL — A Geneva dentist will once again be buying back local kids' Halloween candy this November. McCall Family Dentistry will host its seventh annual Candy Buy Back program, which will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Nov. 2, according to a news release.
Children can bring in their excess unopened candy and receive $1 per pound on the candy they hand over. Kids can donate up to five pounds of candy during the event at McCall Family Dentistry, 407 Williambsurg Avenue in Geneva.
The candy will be used as part of Operation Gratitude and for other local military organizations, and those who attend the event can decorate cards and write letters to support troops overseas. They will also be entered into raffles for a chance to win prizes, according to the news release.
