Home Jenny McCarthy Rented in Geneva Has Sold
The home sold for $1.8 million on Oct. 22, which was far below the asking price of $2.28 million.
The home that Jenny McCarthy rented in Geneva has sold for far less than its initial asking price.
Curbed Chicago reports the home occupied by the former Playboy Playmate and past co-host of The View sold for $1.8 million in recent days. The home, which McCarthy rented for $6,700 per month, was originally listed in June for $2.28 million.

The 6,700-square-foot ranch style home is located on 2.5 acres and has an in-ground pool.
The Chicago Tribune reports McCarthy originally rented the home in Geneva so she could be close to several close friends and so her young son could be an an environment where he could have friends.

McCarthy plans to continue to live at least part-time in Geneva but has moved to a “different style of home,” according to the newspaper.
McCarthy, a native of the south side of Chicago, also recently got married to Donnie Wahlberg at a surprise ceremony at Hotel Baker in St. Charles.
