March 'No Refusal' DUI Patrol In Kane County Includes New Policy

The upcoming 'No Refusal' DUI patrol around St. Patrick's Day will include one change, according to the Daily Herald.

KANE COUNTY, IL — A "No Refusal" DUI patrol will take place throughout Kane County around St. Patrick's Day, and will include a new policy. According to the Daily Herald, the 25th "No Refusal" DUI patrol event will take place the night of March 14 and early March 15, during which Kane County prosecutors will work with local law enforcement to enforce the new policy of pursuing a one-year license suspension if a driver at first refuses a test, but later agrees after a warrant is obtained and presented.
