The low-cost clinic also will offer registration tags and microchips, which help lost pups or cats get home.
GENEVA, IL — Kane County Animal Control is running more low-cost rabies vaccination clinics for cats and dogs, according to the county's health department. The June clinic was Kane County Animal Control's best clinic ever, said Brett Youngsteadt, the center's administrator, so now they're following up.
There's no appointment necessary for the clinic; just bring your dog or cat to the animal control center's facility at 4060 Keslinger Rd. in Geneva on Saturday, Aug. 3, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier while at the clinic under the care of an adult at least 18.
