Sexual Assault of a Student Charges Filed Against St. Charles North High School Dean's Assistant
The 29-year-old St. Charles resident is being held on $150,000 bond.
Christopher A. Lee, 29, of St. Charles, has been charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, the Chicago Tribune is reporting. Lee is the St. Charles North High School Dean’s Assistant.
His bail was set at $150,000 at a Friday morning hearing, prosecutors said.
“Authorities alleged that Lee and the student, who was younger than 18, had sexual contact at some time between February and May 1,” the Tribune reported. “Police received a tip about the alleged contact and began an investigation. Lee was taken into custody Wednesday, prosecutors said.”
