Shodeen Homes Announces Grand Opening of New Downtown Geneva Property: Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes
Sales Reservation Day for Six Luxury Townhomes Sat Dec. 6 at Shodeen Homes' Third St. Office

The grand opening of sales at Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes, a community of six upscale residences planned for the northeast corner of Seventh and James Streets in the heart of downtown Geneva will be held Saturday December 6 at 10:00 a.m. at the Shodeen sales office at 509 S. Third Street, Unit A in Geneva. At that time, Shodeen Homes will unveil the new home designs for interested buyers to preview and reserve the townhome of their choice.

As planned, Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes will offer two designs: the 1,923 square foot Verona and the 1,980 square foot Palazzo. Both homes feature three-level designs each with three bedrooms upstairs, two and one-half baths, and an alley-loaded attached two-car garage. Prices range from $419,900 to $449,900 and include a finished lower level with heated floors. As a flexible space, the finished lower level can be used as a home theater or media center, workout room, a hobby room or home office.

All residences will have nine foot ceilings on the main level and vaulted ceilings on the second floor. Hardwood flooring is featured throughout the first floor and full baths will have ceramic tile. The traditional style townhomes will have brick and Hardie-sided exteriors. The gourmet kitchens in these homes will appeal to any at-home chef with custom cabinetry, along with upscale stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
According to Nathan Amidon, Director of Sales for Shodeen Homes, “Residents of Seventh Street Terrace will be active participants in all that downtown Geneva has to offer such as fine dining, festivals, specialty shopping and walk-to convenience to the Metra train station.”

The remaining duplex at 119 N. First St. has four bedrooms, three and one-half baths, and a finished lower level in 1,844 square feet of living area. Seventh Street Terrace Townhomes marks the fifth downtown Geneva residential property from the Shodeen companies and the next in a series of numerous projects throughout Geneva and the Fox River Valley.
