Geneva, IL. January 27, 2020—

Teresa Keenan announced today that she has joined eXp
Realty, the largest residential cloud-based brokerage in North America. Keenan focuses on the
Geneva real estate market and the tri-cities and has over 29 years of success in selling homes
in Geneva and the surrounding communities.

Keenan was the broker/owner of Stone Tower Properties Real Estate since 2006. She
successfully guided and continued to grow the firm through the economic downturn of
2007-2011 by gaining more market share locally and hand-picking and hiring very successful/
local expert Realtors.

When asked why she merged her company with eXp Realty, Keenan had this response: ”I am

Teresa Keenan is a long-time resident of Geneva. She lives in Geneva with her husband of 25 years, their 3 children, and a wild
Labrador Retriever. She has been active in the community for decades, having served as
a board member at the Geneva History Museum, the Geneva Mother’s Club, and The
Geneva Garden Club. She is the founder of 100 Women Who Care-Geneva, helping to
raise over $150,000 for small, local charities, and is a frequent donor to the Special
Olympics and JDRF. Teresa is an avid flower gardener and enjoys fly-fishing and
spending time with her family, and friends, at their rustic cabin in the Northwoods of
Wisconsin when she is not selling real estate.
