What: Glen Ellyn Fourth of July Fireworks

Where: Lake Ellyn

When: July 4 at dusk

After being canceled in 2020, Glen Ellyn's Fourth of July fireworks are back on in 2021 at Lake Ellyn. The fireworks show begins at dusk. Residents are asked not to place blankets on the ground until Lake Ellyn Park opens at 6a.m. on July 4.

What: Glen Ellyn Fourth of July Parade

Where: Downtown Glen Ellyn

When: July 4 at 12 p.m.

Glen Ellyn's Fourth of July Parade kicks off at 12 p.m. on Ellyn Avenue and heads west on Crescent Boulevard. Parade participants will turn north on Main Street before turning east on Linden Avenue and making their way to Lake Ellyn

In 2021, Glen Ellyn's annual cardboard regatta and food truck festival are canceled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
