Construction To Cause Daytime Closures On Roosevelt Road
The IDOT construction project is expected to last just over a week.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Construction on Roosevelt Road is expected to result in daytime delays for commuters in Glen Ellyn and Wheaton starting Sept. 21. Crews from the Illinois Department of Transportation are expected to require lane closures between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
According to a press release, the closures will affect traffic starting east of Nicoll Way and extending west toward Pierce Ave. in Wheaton.
Flaggers and street signs will help direct traffic as dump trucks haul material and IDOT employees perform milling work. The project and daytime closures are expected to last for about eight days, weather permitting.
